Second of all they advertise that they have smoke free rooms, which they don’t. I booked a smoke free room and was given a smoking room. "We had a bit of a hiccup with the heating when we first arrived. It took contacting a VRBO agent to get in touch with the owner. However, it was settled quickly once the owners called. It is a VERY cozy stay and my husband loved it; it was his birthday. We will hopefully be back."
