"We had a bit of a hiccup with the heating when we first arrived. It took contacting a VRBO agent to get in touch with the owner. However, it was settled quickly once the owners called. It is a VERY cozy stay and my husband loved it; it was his birthday. We will hopefully be back."

"Our room was clean! Brea and Tiffany were the staff who were the most friendly, helpful, and great talking with our children about the resort. The amenities were great despite the negative degrees outside that caused some extra shut downs or coldness....but it was perfect for needing a get-a-way for our family!"

"Hotel is clean and quiet. Dds are comfortable. The staff is excellent. The young lady that works the desk during the day is outstanding. Always has a smile to greet guests. She incredibly patient with me . Light breakfast is filling and the coffee is good. Even the house keepers are kind and courteous. Will definitely stay again. "

"The host was communicative and very responsive. The house is thoughtfully decorated, and nicely appointed. A highlight for us was a hot tub soak during a snowfall. I would happily stay again."

"Warning, do not rent a room here. Stay away. This place is full of false advertising. They have an extra hidden fee that they don’t show online that they force you to pay when you rent a room here. Second of all they advertise that they have smoke free rooms, which they don’t. I booked a smoke free room and was given a smoking room. When I complained at the desk , the employee worker became super aggressive and started threatening me, and was yelling at me. This is the worst place I have ever rented. This business should be shut down."
