"Staff were excellent…friendly and attentive. Property could use electrical updates in the rooms as they use a lot of strips and older lamps, furnishing. Room was clean and spacious however."

"I was worried about the room having read many bad reviews about cleanliness and bugs. Luckily we had no issues, the room was clean and spacious. All but one front desk staff member seemed kind of indifferent and not very friendly. The main disappointment was the water park. The water was very cold save for the tiny toddler pool and the hot tub. The water slides were closed and the kids water tower did not have either slide working. It kind of felt like a bit of false advertising as about half the features of the waterpark weren’t functioning. Lastly we planned to shower off in the locker rooms prior to leaving and were met with more cold water there, literally the water was warm for like 2 minutes and then went cold. "

"The property needs updates but is clean. The beds need to be replaced. The staff are friendly. The breakfast has gone downhill from our last time staying here. The pool was nice but needs updated. The hot tub needs replaced. It has a lot of wear and tear. The temp was like sitting in a warm bathtub. The room the pool & hot tub are in needed to be cleaned. The light covers were full of bugs & possibly mold. There were dead bugs on the floor around the window areas & the hot tub. "

"Unfriendly person when we checked it. Did not sleep b/c the person above was practicing step-dancing or stomping on insects all night and all morning. Breakfast - what a joke. I could go on and on and on ... you get the point, save your money and sleep - yes sleep - elsewhere."

"Martin was helpful and welcoming, everything was in great working order! Both bedrooms had great balconies. Be sure to ask the host ahead of check in how to access the villa. Since it is privately owned the resort doesn’t have access to that information. "

"The kitchen has basically nothing beyond cups and silverware. No supplies otherwise. So be advised.The water is well water so it's discolored and smells. Check the dishwasher if you want to know what I mean.How this place would sleep 12 is beyond me. It's got three beds total, comfortable to be sure, but I don't count a provided air mattress as a bed.Be aware, just because you're staying within the resort, the water park has zero obligation to let you get a day pass to utilize it. They now only allow for you to get day passes if you're not staying at the hotel, on Thursdays.Anyway, it was warm and comfortable with the kids enjoying the games. TV worked and we could watch movies. "
