"Our visit was in the winter, it fit our needs nicely. The house and amenities were as described. The gathering space, table and couch is big enough for a crowd. The kitchen was stocked with what you needed to cook. Our only issue was no hot water in one shower, I alerted the owner upon check out. I assume they will attend to that. I would stay again."

"This is the second time I stayed in this VRBO. There were 3 of us and we all agreed this is a wonderful property. It is warm and cozy and inviting. There are many amenities that make it nice such as a well stocked kitchen. We had family over for dinner and while we brought mostof what we needed to cook, it was nice that there were some spices available that we didn’t bring. The location is terrific. We walked the channel and the beach. I recommend this VRBO and give it a 5 star rating. "

"Couch was absolutely disgusting. Towels were all damp, shower curtain was a pain to move and the cause of the damp towels. Towels also looked to be older than me. Both bedrooms smell. Property manager was responsive the only time I called (only called in regards to parking and she was very friendly)Location is perfect. Kitchen had everything we needed. The place just needs to TLC.
