"The cottage was very warm and cozy. My 3 yo Grandson loved the seasonal room off the living room. It was just his size. Loved the beach being right across the street. A little cold last weekend but would love to come back in the summer.Thank you Brian,Tracy and family."

"Property was accurately described in the listing. Walked a few minutes to Lake MI. Can see the Lake from Cottage side enclosed porch. Host very easy to contact if I needed her but was grateful she did not bother me or show up like some hosts have done with past stays. Had a very peaceful visit with my dog."

"We had a fantastic time. Kitchen was good. We didn’t bring our dog this time. The house was very clean. Way better than a hotel. Hope they have open spots over the summer. "

"Our visit was in the winter, it fit our needs nicely. The house and amenities were as described. The gathering space, table and couch is big enough for a crowd. The kitchen was stocked with what you needed to cook. Our only issue was no hot water in one shower, I alerted the owner upon check out. I assume they will attend to that. I would stay again."

"This is the second time I stayed in this VRBO. There were 3 of us and we all agreed this is a wonderful property. It is warm and cozy and inviting. There are many amenities that make it nice such as a well stocked kitchen. We had family over for dinner and while we brought mostof what we needed to cook, it was nice that there were some spices available that we didn’t bring. The location is terrific. We walked the channel and the beach. I recommend this VRBO and give it a 5 star rating. "

"This was our 4th year at the Beach House and already planning our 5th! We fell in love with the house and area the first time we walked in the door. Across the street from The Deck for dinner, a stroll down the beach, another stroll to the channel and the lighthouses! This place has everything needed."

"Overall, it was a good stay but had some frustrations with things that should be functioning better. Garbage disposal didn't work. One piece of deck railing broken in half which made it scary to have a 1.5 yr old on the upstairs deck as he could fall through the opening that we had to cover. Ice trays broken/cracked. Cheap blinds upstairs and downstairs that were damaged or not functioning properly. I expected things to be "dated" but functionality was lacking at times. I did appreciate the communication with the company though as they were very prompt with their responses to any questions."
