"The location is as advertised - across the street from the Florabama. However, we did not realize that you must drive a mile down the road to public beach #4 for beach access. Thankfully, we were there during the off-season, and we found parking at the beach access easily each day. This could be a hassle if you stay during the high season.Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed the proximity to the Florabama and Waffle House. "
