"At first glance the neighborhood look pretty suspicious, but once we settled in and looked around we realized hey we are practically in a navy base and there are street lights everywhere, and lots of crimewatch signs, needless to say that was enough for us to feel comfortable through our stay. The onside of the house although smaller than our current home is nothing new to us, we were all very comfortable inside very cozy and wamr when we needed it to be and cool when it was warm outside....

"We loved our stay at this villa. Our family of 14 stayed and there was so much room! The kids played pool, ping pong and arcade games. The beach was beautiful! It was so nice having a private pool for everyone to gather and play in. The only thing that I would recommend is to put a lock (like a restroom slide lock) on the outdoor shower. With the wind blowing, the shower door opens and closes with a bang that was loud enough for it to wake my aunt downstairs. I called the rental company due...

One of my children left an iPad behind and the owners generously mailed it back to us. "I can’t say enough good things about our stay at Paradise Point! The house is just as described. The highlight of our trip was lounging in the waterfront heated pool and spa, while grilling steaks and enjoying the view. We also loved docking our boat there and its close proximity to our favorite waterfront restaurants. This house provided everything needed. This was my first time renting this way. It will not be my last. We had much more space than we would ever have had at a hotel and it was also less expensive. "Even though this is an apartment the neighbors are pretty quite and not disruptive. It’s bigger than expected with a large living area. 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. All the appliances are very new and very nice. Everything was clean and tidy. Furniture was comfortable too. Landlord communicated fast and well through text. We had an unexpected late checkout and that wasn’t a problem at all. Would book again if I’m in the area"

"Wet stayed here to be closer to family for Thanksgiving. The property was clean, spacious, and offered everything we would need. Plenty of towels and soaps in the bathrooms, extra blankets in the bedrooms, and even a closet with beach towels and chairs in case you plan on hitting the beach (which we recommend!)
