"Beware, water pressure was very poor and temperature was lukewarm. It made a difference for 3 adults trying to shower at 5.30am. There is no insulation and the railway is nearby. It felt like we were sleeping in a tent next to the train tracks, so not good for light sleepers. Comi g fro. Someone who lives next to an airport. Location was great if you're attending events at Turangawaewae marae or Hopuhopu but it's not worth 310 a night that I paid. Won't be doing that again, particularly with the...

"Despite the weather it was wonderful. Would recommend however , perhaps a sliding door to enclose the kitchen and dining area, especially during the winter time, as it was quite exposed to the elements when the wind blew and not comfortable to sit and eat a meal at the table. Everything else was fine, and the outdoor shower was wonderful ."
