Seas & Tees has just been redecorated with brand new furnishings for a fresh and welcoming vibe. This golf front condo offers the dual pleasures of a fun, challenging golf course and a beautiful beach beyond comparison. Sit on the screened balcony that overlooks a tranquil pond on the 16th fairway. Enjoy your favorite beverage while watching the golfers go by or looking for glimpses of the abundant wildlife. Many populations of beautiful coastal birds call this Audubon property their home but you might even see the Blue Angel flight team buzz by on a Tuesday or Wednesday practice day, during Show Season.
The condos also offer a large, heated and cooled pool, a grilling cabana, a soaking spa and a fitness room. The gated community has a privacy officer on duty 24/7, long stretches of safe sidewalks for walking, jogging and bicycling and pickleball courts. The resort offers tennis and pickleball courts, Lost Key Clubhouse is conveniently located across the street from the condos so you can walk over with your clubs if you like. Enjoy free golf daily as a guest of Seas & Tees and Perdido Key Resort Management or you might want to go a cruise, go deep sea fishing or to OWA, with our compliments You have choices. However, Lost Key's most popular amenity is the private Beach Club, a gulf front clubhouse for the use of Lost Key guests. Beach Club privileges include a resort shuttle that picks guests up and drops them off, a cocktail bar with a neighborhood pub feel, a grille for burgers and tacos and a pool for more fun in the sun. There is nothing else like it on Perdido Key.
The condo sleeps 6 comfortably. The primary offers a plush King sized bed with a large ensuite bathroom. Enjoy the spa like shower with a big tub for soaking and double vanities. The guest bedroom also has a plush King sized bed and the den has conveniently been set up with a comfortable Queen sized bed. These 2 bedrooms share a full sized bathroom. The televisions are smart TV's for guests to stream movies or play their games. There is a sleeper sofa in the family room to accommodate 2 more guests, if needed. The kitchen is modern and has stainless appliances. It is fully equipped for preparing meals - there's a great local, fresh seafood market right under the Theo Baars Bridge and several grocery stores nearby. There is a grilling area set up for guests, located in the pool area in case you want to fire up the BBQ. If you don't feel like cooking, no worries! There are lots of great local restaurants, from Orange Beach to Downtown Pensacola, as well as shopping, attractions and sights to see. If you are interested in boating these beautiful waters, pontoon boat rentals are available close-by. There is something for everyone in Perdido Key.
