Nearby are coffee shops, local markets, restaurants, groceries, breweries, bars & pubs. Need some recommendations? We got them! It's less than a mile from downtown. There are multiple stores, bars, coffee shops, and fine dining nearby! Come see Pensacola & experience it firsthand! This is a great place to come and unwind.

The Home:
This cute 2 bedroom 2 bathroom duplex sleeps 4. Both bedrooms have a queen beds. Both bedrooms have white noise machines to help light sleepers!

*limited parking* There is one carport on site, it is first come first served. There is plenty of parking nearby.

Beach gear provided includes a sand- proof large blanket, 4 beach towels, and a sand proof bag!

The living room area features a large comfy couch, and smart tv with all streaming apps available.

The kitchen features all full sized appliances and is fully stocked with all the cooking essentials. There is a coffee maker as well, with coffee provided.

There is a dining space that offers more prep space as well. We have a washer/dryer on site in the master bedroom, ready to use.
