Perfect!

The property was clean, and had all the amenities to make a perfect weekend trip. Even utilized the grill and pool. The beach is right across the street and easy access. Book now, you won’t regret it.

Our stay here was very enjoyable. This is our second stay in the building, first stay in this specific condo. The appliances in the kitchen were all newer and it was wonderful having a back porch with a table to sit at and play cards in the evening. We also love the pool. We’ve stayed for a week both years we have been here and we’ve never had to share it with anyone. The neighbors/residents are very nice as well. The reason I left 4 stars instead of 5 is because we did come across a few problems. The bathroom door is a barn door. It’s great to save space since it’s a narrow hall way and smaller bathroom, however it’s not very sturdy on its track, there’s no handle on the inside to open or close it so it’s hard to get a hold of, and you can’t lock it from the inside unless someone is standing outside of it pushing it forward. Our second issue was the Air Conditioning. We all like it cold at night when we sleep, but we couldn’t get the air at night below 74/75. We called and they came and refilled the freon but even after that it wouldn’t go below 72. The sand behind the buildings around the porches & the pool. It is extremely dirty. There is a lot of trash and broken glass, etc all in the sand so you can NOT walk barefoot in it. Even with sandals one of us got stuck with a small piece of glass. Would definitely recommend they have someone come in and clean or rake out the sand. The last complaint is the giant condo they are building right in front of the building on the ocean side. You still have the private beach access ( which is wonderful and gorgeous ) however you can no longer see the ocean from the condo & you have to walk underneath some metal coverings ( for safety from the construction )and the sand there is also really dirty. The construction was definitely a damper all day, every day trying to enjoy the beach. Other than those four things our stay really was wonderful. We brought our own extra toilet paper, trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and laundry detergent which I would absolutely recommend anyone doing. It was fun to leave a little note in the notebook by the living room TV & the location is great to get away from the crowds.

Nicely Newly renovated.

The Seahorse is newly renovated. The plumbing fixtures and kitchen have been modernized with new fixtures and appliances. Nice little kitchen bar area and nice size shower. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware and pots and pans, which all seemed to be brand new. I had not expected the construction of a condo across the street, so my stay was noisy and a little dirty from the construction dust, it also blocked the view to the beach. The bedroom could use an area rug. The towels could have been of better quality and a hairdryer could be supplied. It was nice to have a washer/dryer unit.
