"Reception staff were able to accommodate an earlier check in time. Lovely sized room with balcony. Great sized bed and very comfortable. Shuttle service to and pick up from Aspen was just a 10min drive and excellent communication. Drivers very good and recommended places to eat and see. Our only disappointment was finding that the pool was unavailable due to maintenance from the day after I booked. When I asked why we were not informed told I should have checked their own website. My booking was made through Expedia not directly with them."

"The host was caring and attentive, he was available to answer and help at all times. The home was lovely, loved the art and sculptures. We saw deer at our window in the mornings, the hot tub was perfect after long days of snowboarding. Thank you for a great stay !"

"Overall it was a nice place, lovely view and accessible to everything. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very dark. Current lighting wasn’t helpful. The internet outlet in bedroom should be labeled. The metal coat rack easily fell off the wall, could not be used. Dishcloths for the kitchen would be nice for wiping counters, etc. The dishwasher pod container was empty so we had to purchase them, along with liquid hand soap. The hallway bathroom shower hardware needs repair. The great room was perfect for family gatherings but overall the above improvements would make it a better rental."

"The home seems old and dated. The bed up the stairs from the living room was like sleeping on a floor. The management company was excellent and brought over a mattress topper. That helped. The toilet downstairs was difficult to flush. Although there is a shower head in the downstairs bath, there is not a valve/switch to turn on the shower. That tub is about 16” deep at the most, so not adequate for an adult to bathe. You can hear every footstep on the main floor from the downstairs bedroom. The mugs for coffee are really more like soup mugs. The drain in the garage was plugged. We arrived to about 4” of water in the garage. The management company responded quickly and pumped the water out. The living room was 80 degrees in the afternoon with no way to cool it off because they do not have A/C. This place was not worth the we paid for it."

"We had an absolutely incredible stay at this lovely property. The home had so many amazing details and was large enough for the entire family. We especially loved the two cabins that allowed the group to spread out and enjoy private downtime. We also loved the hot tub and the back porch. The property was quite close to both Aspen Highlands and Snowmass which made skiing on both mountains quite convenient. "
