"The door combination was a little challenging to input to gain access to the house. And we couldn't get the lock box to work for us.The upstairs powder room and the downstairs toilets leaked a little. Overall, we really loved the property and its location. We found it very comfortable."
5BR waterfront home w/ scenic views & backyard

"The square footage of the house was unbelievable. Made you feel like you had plenty of breathing room. We had a party of 11 "grown-ups" and one baby and had much room to spare in order to spread out. Host was always immediate in any questions or concerns we had and saw to it that they were addressed. Wonderful location on the river (truly on the river). Tried fishing the river with flies (no one in our party great fishermen) but had much more luck with lures. Caught a few and had lot's of fun. 2 great towns - Aspen and Basalt just a few minutes away in either direction. Glenwood Springs just a 30 minute drive ... plenty of Colorado activities, all nearby. Location of home gives one more of an isolation feel even though it is part of a residential area. Had a visit from a bear on one evening! A very well-manicured hiking trail is within just steps of the front door for those who like to hike. NBA playoffs were going on during our stay and we got to watch the games on the big screen in the movie room. It was awesome! All in all, our large family had a wonderful time and would definitely consider staying here again if staying in this area of Colorado."
