The first bed when walking in had an unacceptable mattress. The other was very comfortable and good pillows. I didn’t say anything about it so they may have been unaware and I feel like we would’ve been accommodated with a new room if needed. Long wait for the single elevator too."

Part of the reason we chose it was bc of the nice pool and hot tub to enjoy after a long day. If the hot tub is broken, you really shouldn't still be advertising it. Also, the breakfast was highly recommended but it was very disappointing, bare minimum to other comparable hotels. Not even a waffle maker or anything hot except bagels, and only apples, ran out of other fruit early...
