The villa is situated in a cul-de-sac, making it very quiet and sheltered.



Luxurious house with top-quality amenities: concierge service, wood-burning stove, kitchen with high-quality equipment, large wooden terrace, garage, electric car terminal, beds made on arrival, towels provided.



Entirely decorated by an interior designer, the house is composed as follows:

A top-of-the-range, fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room,

A cosy living room with a sitting area, sofa, armchairs, wood-burning stove and dining area

1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and storage space

1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), which can be moved closer together, and storage space

1 bathroom, with washbasin, large walk-in shower and 1 bathtub
