"Very comfortable room. Staff were helpful. We would have liked more help from the restaurant when it came to my wife's need for gluten free food. We tried to have dinner there one night and were offered only one choice which would have been a very basic meal. For breakfast my wife was informed by the staff that "all bread is gluten free", it's not! I would have thought that being part of the Shangri-La group, your staff and kitchen could do better here. Otherwise we had a good stay"

I was told that if I needed Wi-Fi, I’d have to either leave the door open or go sit near the lift area, which was inconvenient and not ideal, especially for privacy or getting work. However the location is very central for food and tourist attraction. "
