Only thing we didn’t know was no restaurant attached so we couldn’t order room service and no coffee! They did have tea available in the room. Filtered water dispenser on the floor. "The hotel has a wonderful antique feeling to it from the entrance, the main areas, and the rooms. The single and the duplex rooms were equally spacious which was very appreciated. The staff is also 24/7 and so helpful when checking in and out. There was also complimentary tea time from 2-5 each day my family was there."

We were there for 6-days and had some pleasant day and a few issues with the way of managed us as customers. *The check-in and check-out process was our biggest challenge: They required a *cash only* deposit…something I may have missed on the app when reserving. When we checked out, our departure was delayed because the desk clerk told me she had to go to our room and walk-through and I had to return the deposit receipt given to me when checking in before we checked out. Otherwise, the best thing about staying there was the attached mall and neighbor filled with shops and restaurants. "
