"There was an issue of a broken recliner that I needed to sleep in due to back problems. Maintenance person did not fix or replace recliner. We moved three times in order to get a working recliner and it was not functioning correctly.
Another point all of the three rooms none of the phones worked. When we reported this tp desk they acted surprised. If they cannot provide working phones we should be told. That is a dangerous situation. "
