Forgetting your charger after checking out.

Hotel was super clean and comfortable. But my big satisfaction was when I checked out and didn’t realize that I left my phone charger in the room, so I called the hotel and informed Victoria the front desk clerk. 10 minutes later she called me back to inform me that they located my charger in the room 👌 just that alone of the honesty is enough for me to stay at this hotel again.

The room and everything in it including our clothes felt damp. The air conditioner was obviously not working correctly. Reported to front desk on check out and they seemed surprised that no one else had reported it. That is hard to believe. Told we would get a discount on the room rate for the 2 nights we stayed. Have not received a discount yet. Otherwise the room was clean, breakfast was good, and the staff were professional.

We were very pleased with our stay at Comfort Inn in Covington. The staff was very friendly, our check in was smooth, and our room was very clean. The rest of the hotel was very clean and well maintained, and they offered a complimentary breakfast that had lots of options. We will definitely stay here again.
