"Hammock Haven was the cutest little beach cottage! Perfect for a honeymoon couple or an anniversary getaway! As I said, it was little! it does sleep 4, but I think it would’ve been very crowded. The cottage and the yard were spotlessly clean, well decorated. you are right on the water! All the windows facing south have water views. Everything was in good repair. Loved the retro style appliances. There is no dishwasher but there is a convection/microwave oven, and there is a grill outside. Everything was great. My only complaint was the beach had a lot of debris, seaweed, sticks and it would’ve been nice to have a rake handy so we could’ve cleaned it up ourselves. Being by the lake, there’s always a lot of cobwebs. It would be nice to have an outside broom to brush off the chairs every day. The bag of ice in the freezer was very welcome since there was no icemaker. We absolutely loved the place and would enjoy coming back next year!"
