"Islander Inn was a very nice place to crash. Looked like they have been doing some renovations. We took our vehicle to the island and stayed two nights. I thought it was ridiculous that they charged me $20 per night to park my vehicle there."

"Our family had a wonderful getaway in MBI. Everything was well-maintained and very clean. All of the staff at Hazards were friendly and helpful. Beautiful scenery and just a quick boat ride from Put In Bay. Highly recommend the Island Grind and Uncle Joe's pizza. The bartender at the tiki bar was great. Really nice guy. Pool and hot tub were clean and close by. We had a great time and will definitely be back!"

"We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the condo. We decided not to bring a car, and it worked out fine. We caught the 3 shuttle from the dock and got right to the condo with all of our stuff. Easy check in and just a beautiful spot! Yes, there are a lot of bugs on the balcony, but this is because of the location and should be expected. There was not a single bug in the condo itself. We loved sitting out on the balcony with our coffee or beer and just watching the boats and birds and other animals. The pool at Hazard's was fine. We enjoyed the bar there and met some very nice people! I personally recommend the Rum Bucket. Not too sweet, but really, really good! We walked to the general store for a few things, and to JF Walleye's for dinner. We did get a ride from someone we met to get to the dock to go to Put-In-Bay on Saturday, but walked all of the way back upon our return. Definitely do not need a car or a golf-cart if you like to walk. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a great stay!"

"I really enjoyed my time away from home. Once we got on that ferry I felt like no one or anything could get to me. It was very relaxing and I enjoyed myself just getting away from everyday life. Would go back and create more memories."

"Overall, everything was great. We had a relaxing stay. The condo was nice and clean. The kitchen was stocked well with good quality essentials, much nicer than most rentals. The view was beautiful! I didnt realize when booking that the master bedroom housed the two double beds and the guest room had one double which turned out okay but I prefer a bigger bed in a master. The adult children were happy to share the large master. Just a heads up as this might be a big deal for other families. We tried Walleys restaurant as well as Hazards. You get more for your money and friendlier staff at Hazards. Thanks for the stay!"

"Very cute tiny home! The interior and exterior are very well built and maintained and had everything we needed for our stay. The Hazards shuttle was a huge help for us getting to and from the ferry, and everyone we interacted with from Hazards couldn’t have been kinder. Middle Bass is far more chill than Put-in-Bay, so it’s perfect for families with young ones who want to explore PIB without the more intense nightlife. Highly recommend as a getaway with a small family or small group of friends looking for an easy, laid back island experience"

"Everything was great , the view from the balcony was amazing! Middle Bass Island is more laid back than put in bay. They have a coffee shop that we liked. JE walleyes is a nice place to have a drink. And the pizza shop next to the general store was top notch! I would recommend hazards campground to anyone with a family. They have a nice pool and plenty of places for kids to ride their bikes. I know this because we rode our bikes. And if you want to spend the day at put in bay there is a short ferry ride to the main island. The coffee shop employees were very friendly and helpful, they were going to help me bring down to ferry station a third cup of coffee that I couldn’t carry because they were out of carriers. Another employee of the general store gave me a lift to the ferry station because I was lugging a lot of luggage by myself. The people of middle bass island sure know how to treat visitors!"
