Room itself was showing it age (only 1 bolt holding toilet seat on, toilet ran after every flush, shower was stained, etc.). Breakfast was so disappointing that I went elsewhere. When I arrived at 5 pm I waited 10 minutes for someone to show up at the desk."

"Upon arrival the entire B&B smelled of cigarette smoke. I mentioned to the hostess-she indicated former clients must have smoked. This is a NO SMOKING B&B. I would suggest asking for a room in the back because it can be noisy if you are on the street side. Our hostess, Adrienne was very nice and accommodating throughout our stay."
