Our check-in experience couldn't have been more smooth and enjoyable. As soon as we arrived the friendly attentive clerk welcomed us to the hotel, asked our name, and confirmed our reservation. After providing an ID and credit card, we had our room keys in less than two minutes.

Room is spotless and the guy in the check-in counter really stood out. He was very pleasant, courteous ,and respectful. He even informed us about the location of the amenities and where to get the elevators to our room. Amazing!

The hotel was in a great location near shopping and food. The room was clean, the view was pretty especially outside. The pool was a glorified bathtub with little to no seating around it- not sure what kind of swimming you can do in that tiny of an area. Breakfast was great.
