We had no hotel chain preference so stayed at 3 different ones during our trip. What a great surprise for our first time at a Fairfield Inn Marriott hotel! Room was spacious & clean, Exercise room had multiple WORKING machines, breakfast had many delicious choices & staff was friendly! Definitely we have a hotel preference for our next trip!

A good hotel - clean, tidy. Location doesn’t have much around, but therefore is quiet. Breakfast over delivers for the the indicated ‘continental breakfast’ designation.

We stayed at cheap hotels our whole road trip trying to save a buck. On our way home I booked this one which was still a great price! Wow it was so clean and friendly, great breakfast which was HUGE for us saving money on our road trip. Wished I had stayed at this one both times I was in Scranton. 10/10 to the staff and the hotel in general.

Room was clean but showed visible age. Refrigerator was tiny and the freezer compartment was virtually unusable due to being extremely iced up. Notified front desk of this issue shortly after I checked in. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning worked well.

The front desk check in was excellent. Jailene was very helpful and understanding. She answered all our questions. My daughters flight got delayed and canceled on the night we checked in. I went to her numerous times and she was excellent w/ me and even w my niece who helped me cause of my disability. I was able to book the same room for an extra day w no troubles. They have fresh coffee and tea 24hrs which was also a plus. Also the continental breakfast was included and yummy too w hot oatmeal and fresh waffles😋Lastly the room was well handicap accessible w a chair and plenty of handle bars in shwr
