First room we were given had non-functioning heater. Complained to very polite and helpful front desk person and was given different room with functioning heat. Slept well on comfortable bed. Nice warm shower in clean bathroom. Breakfast was adequate but not great. Different polite and helpful front desk person when we checked out.
