"Parking was rather easy and secure. The building itself was clean and looked nice, but lacked most of what is considered conventional amenities and services. For example, there was no kitchen, no relaxation lounge, no continental breakfast (despite a written stipulation of the booking is that breakfast was included), and no housekeeping. The continental breakfast is composed of granola bars, coffee, and refrigerated/frozen hard-boiled eggs. The housekeeping occurs once every seven days. The staff can be rudimentary, but are largely rude. The room was clean, but the shower was poorly done (the plastic was bouncy and kept popping, as in, it kept cracking) and the faucet in the bathroom was super tiny when the sink itself was rather large. The staff gave us a repeated warning one night that the supposed breakfast area was closing in a few minutes. Bottom line: Extremely poor experience. I would never return here nor would I ever recommend this hotel."

"I was disappointed with the eminities in our room. No microwave. Stains on the floor. Dificult trying to go to the bathroom when door wont shut.For the money we paid it should have been better.Pulling up the Hotel there was a terrible sulfur smell. Room was very noisy. We could hear ppl in the hallway all hours of the morning. "

"The outside of the property looks nice, but the insides were dark and drab. My tub was dirty with long hairs left in several places. The bathroom had an insect problem. The walls were so thin I could hear complete conversations through the walls. The bed was comfortable. I brought up the bug issue and the front desk clerk said she could try to get me another room, but I declined because there was no guarantee the bug issue and thin walls wouldn’t be an issue elsewhere. Overall, I was disappointed and wouldn’t stay here again."

"The staff was very rude and not helpful. We asked the front desk for more towels and were denied. The room was out of date and the water pressure was low. "

"Parking was easy with a lot of available spots. Staff was welcoming and engaging at check-in. Room was as described online and at the front desk. We had an accessible room due to recent surgery. Shower and safety bars throughout bathroom was very helpful. Bed was lower than average probably perfect for wheelchair bound individual. The mattress wasn't comfortable as it was a bit lumpy and squeaky. Keep in mind the stripped down approach to keeping costs down. Room set up long term stays with stove, full fridge, sink. BUT you would need to bring your own cookware, plates, utensils, etc or rent from the facility. Given our needs it was suitable."
