OUTDATED, carpets, furniture, hardware, everything seems haven’t been replaced since 1970s . The only reason we booked this place it’s through travel team . We figured kids will have fun all in the same hotel. All 15 families greatly disappointed, some even checked out and found different place to stay . Staff was super nice and helpful but , place needs to be shut down and seriously updated.

I have enjoyed staying at this property 4 times now. The first time all 3 ice makers worked. The last 3 times (more than 3 years time) only 1 works. 1 ice maker is not enough especially when the families come for Spring Training and take more than their fair share leaving nothing for the next guy. Absolutely our biggest beef. The property is not fancy, but I feel very comfortable there. We always book a suite. They are roomy and feel like home after a long day. The complimentary breakfast is very good. They have everything you could want. A great way to start the day. The staff are all courteous and helpful. Another big selling point for us is the proximity to restaurants. There are 4 restaurants in the same parking lot. We love the Irish Pub, just steps away.

Staff could not get keys coded to work for our entire trip.we needed New keys every day. Air conditioning in room was poor. Housekeeping didn’t come on 3rd day like they said they would. Shower continually dripped. Shower did not drain properly. Shower would retain water after couple minutes. Owner/management has neglected property. Highway side of hotel has alot traffic noise. Staff was pleasant and apologetic for the keys and housekeeping not showing up. But would not stay here again.

The room felt more like a pay by the hour motel. The pillows were flat (zero plush to them), exposed box spring, nasty dirty carpet. A/C never cooled. The staff was as helpful as they could be and kind.
