The Wheelhouse - Pebble Beach House - Luxury near MPCC Golf and Beach

We are thrilled to have this stunning Pebble Beach home in our vacation rental inventory! Outfitted with the finest fixtures and furnishings, it has absolutely everything you need for a perfect stay. With multiple seating areas inside and out, you can be as private or as convivial as you desire. The exterior patio area—with a dining table, built-in barbecue, fire pit and hot tub—was designed for outdoor living. Indoors, the great room features a dream kitchen, dining for 12, and two seating areas: the larger one facing the TV and a cozier space around the fire. Down the hall, there's a den (with a Queen sleeper sofa), three bedrooms, and three baths. And wait till you see the master: a King bed facing the fireplace, and a luxurious private bath with a huge walk-in shower and a deep Japanese soaking tub. All three baths are done in porcelain, stone and marble (with heated floors). MPCC is across the street, and the beach (with a picnic table and a barbecue pit) is just a few blocks away. This Del Monte forest residence has it all. Memories will be made here.

Great House in a Perfect Location

My wife and I recently stayed at the Wheelhouse for a month. The house is older, but with top of the line amenities (Kitchen appliances, TV's, heated floors in the Bathrooms, etc.) The outdoor BBQ, Firepit and Jacuzzi are all top of the line. The location is perfect. It's a short walk to the ocean, and even has distant ocean views. Beds are comfortable. We could not of been happier!

Beautiful and Relaxing

The Wheelhouse is a great place to stay. The huge yard with a fire pit, hot tub, and tons of blooming trees and flowers is very relaxing to sit outside and enjoy the hummingbirds and the mild weather. The house is beautiful with plenty of space for entertaining. The skylights in all the rooms make morning a joy. The house is close to all the Pebble Beach golf courses and a quick drive to Carmel, Pacific Grove, and Monterey. You can’t go wrong here.

Stunning , Great Location - Highly recommend

We booked this lovely home last minute for the Pro Am golf tournament, after a lame VRBO fell thru. Well, we won the jack pot! Amazing, comfortable, professional appliances and decor. Lots of fun features: fire place in master, hot tub and back yard fire pit. We could not been more pleasantly surprised. Beds were very comfortable and it was stocked with all the amenities and utensils. I feel so lucky to have found such an fantastic home to rent. No problems, no complaints. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

The Wheelhouse

The house is beautiful with contemporary furnishings. Very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. My only complaint would be the patio doors are extremely difficult to work. Once opened, it took the maintenance man to show us how to lock the doors. A written explanation would be appreciated. Also, even though the thermostat says cooling on it, there is no air conditioning. During our stay it did get warm, and a little A/C would have been nice. Also, the steps leading to the front door are difficult to navigate especially for older people. But overall, the house was most comfortable and very pretty. Thank you for your support in helping with the doors and getting the skylights cleaned.

Best Vacation Rental Ever

We have stayed in several vacation rentals - The Wheelhouse is definitely the best house we have stayed in. First, the location was perfect - virtually on 17 Mile Drive, close walk to the beach, near to golf and centrally located between Carmel, Monterey and Pacific Grove. Second, the house itself is laid out great. We could see the ocean from almost every room (including the bathrooms), the living room/dining area was spacious, the bedrooms were good-sized, and the bathrooms were set up well. Third, the house was well-furnished, with comfortable furniture and top-of-the-line kitchen appliances. Fourth, the house was spotless - right a way, we notice how clean and well-maintained the house was. Fifth, the grounds were well-kept and provided plenty of seating. Although we didn't use the outdoor grill, hot tub or fire pit, the backyard was a fun place to hang out to have a morning coffee or after a long day of golf or sight-seeing. We would definitely stay in the Wheelhouse again and highly recommend it for other families.

Wonderful Wheelhouse

Great experience staying at this property for 5 weeks while exploring Pebble Beach. Perfect proximity to 17 Mile Drive. Just a quick walk to the beach, bike paths and golf. Such a nice set up with the fire pit and hot tub too! Nicely appointed modern kitchen for cooking and entertaining. All in all- a great location! We can’t wait to return!
