"Great place with an amazing view. We came to check out local waterfalls and were centrally located to a several state parks. We were worried about no stove but with microwave, an oven, Blackstone, 2 grills and an electric frying pan we were more than happy with cooking options. We would easily stay here again. Waking up to the mountain view was awesome. Watching the sky change at sunset and also seeing storms and clouds wash through the valley weas great."

"This property is/was under renovations but is still well maintained. Staff were friendly enough- we stayed 2 different days. The front desk female on our first stay was a lot more friendly and helpful than the man on our 2 stay. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Our first night room was more modern than our 2nd night( under renovations) . My only complaint was the breakfast- needs more variety. Fresh food brought out more frequently. Fresher fruit. Overall met our needs perfectly for the price and the location."

"We absolutely loved our stay at this cottage. It was cozy and the beds and linens were super comfy and 100% cotton which I loved! It felt like a place out of a storybook. We were in town for a wedding and would definitely book here again if back in this area. Thank you guys for a wonderful stay! Also I loved the fresh flowers on the table "

"Nice place especially for the price. It’s an older motel but well maintained. Beautiful view nice staff, the room was clean and well maintained. Resturant next door had good food within walking distance. Would stay again."

"This place is a must stay! It does not get any better. Nature, creeks, Stars, quite, good AC, big frig, good water pressure, comfortable, easy tv remote access, good communication from host, 1 hour to all the falls or 2 hours either way(head east or west) to Nashville or Pigeon Forge. Sparta was great town to visit for dinners. We will go back!"
