"This place was very clean and very affordable. The breakfast was good too. A great place to stay. The parking at night was a bit of a challenge but, I think that was because the place was full and a couple people took up two spaces. :-)"

"They were remodeling so somethings will improve. We really enjoyed our stay except for two things, First we opened the refrigerator and it had a roach in it so we weren't willing to put food in it, luckily we brought a cooler. When we reported it they really didn't seem to care. Second on two occasions I needed to speak to the front desk person and both times they were out back smoking. This is my main choice for staying and I think this was my fourth visit. I'm willing to think remodeling might have stirred up bugs however the front desk issue seems to have been an issue on every visit."

"Room was clean, but the linens were stained. It is a long term hotel, so that's something to know ahead of time. We knew that, but I want to make sure others do as well. Room said it was 2 Queen beds, but we are pretty sure they were full size. They were small. Also, listing here says pet friendly, but it was $18/night extra per pet when we checked in."

"This place is a must stay! It does not get any better. Nature, creeks, Stars, quite, good AC, big frig, good water pressure, comfortable, easy tv remote access, good communication from host, 1 hour to all the falls or 2 hours either way(head east or west) to Nashville or Pigeon Forge. Sparta was great town to visit for dinners. We will go back!"
