"We loved our week at Outer Banks. Our extended family traveled together- ages 8 to 80. It was perfect! The beach was beautiful and felt private, as there were rarely more than 5 other families nearby. The swimming pool gave a great alternative to the waves for the kids and the hot tub was an amazing way to relax in the evenings! Had everything we needed in the kitchen and the elevator made the whole house accessible to my elderly parents. Internet signal wasn't strong, but it allowed us to disconnect from work more easily - which is a good thing on vacation! Cell reception was fine so we connected as hotspots when required. Jay was extremely receptive and available when issues arose (we had one pool concern due to blowing sands, but he managed it immediately). Highly recommended! You won't regret it!"

It was extremely convenient that all towels and linens were provided and it was definitely a relief not to have to worry about it. "This was my family’s first time to the Outer Banks and it was wonderful. This property was perfectly located with easy access to local shops but more removed from the busier Nags Head and Avon. The size and amenities were as expected, overall I think the property could use some general updates, but it did not detract from our amazing vacation. "

"The stay in Rodanthe was amazing. Location, cleanliness, well-stocked kitchen (except crock pot)! View of the ocean from two decks is amazing! Day trip to Hatteras, ferry to Ocracoke was a blast! Nights in Rodanthe house is a couple cottages away.Quiet, relaxing… just everything we wanted! We only used the third floor… it had everything we needed! Will definitely save this one for a future visit! "
