"Beside the sound of the TV in the lobby (my room was right next to it), the room was quiet. The AC worked well and kept us cool, and with my dust allergies I not acting up I could tell the beds were cleaner than most hotels I have stayed at."

Hopefully, the owner with take these suggestions and address them for the future. Like I said before, overall, the house was plenty big enough for seven adults. "We had a great 5-night stay at Southern's Beauty1! The property was very clean, quiet and convenient. Check-in and out was a breeze. The gated private parking was definitely an added benefit! The location was ideal for our event (Bar Exam) at the Ponchartrain Center. Sam was a wonderful host, and we would definitely stay here again!!!"

"Hotel check was easy, unable to do so through Hilton app, no big deal, staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel was clean but needs updates; dressers were off hinges but still worked; bathroom wasn’t small but it barely fit the toilet, so not great.
I would definitely recommend for proximity to airport, airport shuttle and an enterprise rental next door which will save you the trouble of the god forsaken sh*t show that is getting to the rental car desk at the airport.
The pool was awesome. I sat in the pool and read a book. Super quiet but we were here during the week. Staff were lovely and helpful. "
"My husband and friends stayed at this great home. It was wonderfully decorated with comfortable and plentiful couches and chairs. The beds were exceptionally comfortable! Everyone slept great! The house was very clean. Nice neighborhood. Close to hwy 10 and just 5-10 minutes from the airport. It was also very close to the fairgrounds for the Jazz and Heritage Festival. The host was easily accessible for any questions. He also reached out to us to see if we needed anything during our stay. We definitely would stay there again!!!"
