"Shower had water stained ceiling like it was going to fall in . $50 a night resort fee . Nothing about this felt like resort . Just a regular hotel across from the airport. No microwave in the room. The iron didn’t even heat up to iron my clothes . The snacks were super overpriced . for two items a miniature soda and a candy bar came to $15. No free parking even if you are a guest you have to pay to park in hotel parking lot. Overall, a decent stay for just one night .hotel just too pricey and you really don’t get nothing . No stores in walking distance just a simple gas station next-door."

"This property is good is pass thru for one night. Not comfortable at all if you stay more nights. I wanted to check out after one terrible night and they didn’t want me to do an early checkout. Terrible staff attention. "

"We went into the room where there was dirt on the floor, hair in the shower and sink, bug in the room and the TV didn't work. Despite that we were trying to make the most of it then everyone changed to go to the pool- closed. We then found somewhere else to go. The staff, specifically Jeremy was a gem. He told me how to correctly go about getting a refund and he would agree to it. Thanks Jeremy for being so helpful!"

"The airport shuttle was timely and efficient. The hotel is run down and could use some updates and repairs. The staff was very nice but it did not meet my expectations for this brand hotel. "

"Breakfast was decent, not an elaborate spread, but had the regular items you expect from a hotel. I believe we met the owner, he didn't introduce himself, but he was very caring about everyone who was in the dining hall. He spoke with everyone, asked if they needed anything, and greeted us with a nice day ahead. Very genuine."
