"Rooms were clean but felt a bit outdated. Shower doors were hard to open and girlfriend couldn’t open the doors once inside. Staff was very nice"

The gym could use a bit more equipment. The location is excellent, and the front desk staff were very friendly."

"The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable, however our check-in was problematic. The first room we got had water leaking by the toilet and then we got moved to another room and there was still a little water leaking in that room. The front desk got maintenance to fix it, but we lost a lot of time sightseeing having to change rooms. There was also too much technology trying to enter the lobby or get into your room, with individualized key cards and it just made access annoying. The room itself was fairly nice and the breakfast buffet was decent."

"External doors to balconies on Lowe level floors could not be locked, staff seemed lost to resolve, 3 rooms later it was resolved. People partying on balconies well past 3am in the morning. Extensive building work ongoing next door - avoid at all cost."
