This is the worst hotel, first the location you have to spend atleast 300-400 php if you wanna go to the city or just down the road to sm city. No convient store no pool, very hard to get a taxi the only choice is take a jeepney, they do provide a transfer going to gt mall but you have to wait atleast 30 mins cause of lack of transportation. Food is ok only local food they serve. Room is ok very spacious, but be careful because even this hotel is way cheaper than other hotel when you get to the hotel just a small stain will charge you a GRAND! YES A GRADE.. I was very disappointed when they charge me php800 for duvet and linen because of my blood stain. (Its not my fault if i have my period)? This hotel is wack!!! Ive been to many hotel in the iloilo city and i have the worst stain ever but they never charge me. If you guys dont want to get any dirt or stain in your linen then close your hotel. Do i recommend this hotel? NOOOOOO!!! ID RATHER TO STAY FOR COUPLE OF BUCKS TO OTHER HOTEL THAN HERE... by the way thats why i stayed here because of the dinagyan festival coz all most of the hotel in the city are booked so i dont have no choice... and also very rude staff not all but special to the supervisor in housekeeping

The staff were generally friendly. The General Manager had the time to make us feel very comfortable checking on what we still possibly need
