"It was a wonderful place to stay. Wish it would have been under better circumstances for us. Gregg our host opened up their house and heart to us. Allowing and inviting us to use there house as a home base for our family to gather while grieving the loss of our mother. It was a great place having ample room for our family as we remembered and shared stories of mom-grandma-greatgrandma. We are thankful. May God Bless Gregg and his family as well as all who have the oppurtunity to stay there."

"Moose Lodge was the perfect property for our family. Plenty of space to spread out, both inside and outside.The kitchen was well stocked, and the hot tub was well taken care of.I highly recommend Moose Lodge, even in the off season!"

"Great place to go and unwind. Very clean and secluded which we enjoyed. The cabin and was very nice and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again. "

"Ann's place is super cute, clean and in a great location! It was also very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Ann responded to my questions very quickly, and checking in and out was very easy. We went up for a long weekend over Valentine's weekend so we were able to find some fun in the area and our dogs had a blast running around on the lake. We wanted to snowmobile but hit a "warm" weekend with melting snow. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!"

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The house worked very well for our family group of 15 & the location was very convenient to Crosslake. However we arrived after the first snowfall & the driveway & steps were not cleared. You have to climb the steps to access the house & they were slippery. We could not find a shovel & the access to the room above the garage was not obvious when nothing was cleared. Also, the garbage service had not picked up the garbage from the previous week. These issues were resolved fairly quickly except for the garbage pickup. We suggest moving the house access to the door at the same level of the driveway (to avoid the outside stairway) & adding instructions for access to the garage & how to use the fireplace. "

"Immaculate home on a beautiful lake. Host was very responsive & easy to reach. The perfect spot to explore the local towns & shops. Don’t forget to get up before sunrise & see the stars from your back deck! Had a terrific pizza & game of pool @ Moonlight Bay in Crosslake & a delicious birthday pie from the A-Pine Restaurant. Ventured up to Itasca State park to see the Mississippi headwaters, hiked trails & even saw a pair of bald eagles.Great home & first time visit to MN."

"We stayed here with grandma and grandpa and our family of 4. Loved that the one bedroom on the main level was a little separated from the upper rooms so grandma and grandpa could have their own private space away from our noisy kids!Everything we needed was provided at the house, and appreciated being able to use the water toys as well as having access to a whole bin of beach toys! Fishing was great- caught pike every day. Short drive in to town and great location. Would absolutely recommend to others!"

"We did not have any children with us - it was our annual women’s’ weekend. We found the home to be very quiet and peaceful and we will be booking it again for next year."
