Very well maintained and comfortable accommodations. Very helpful and friendly. Excellent dining and lovely outdoor patio area looking over the lake. Fred and Brock looked after us very well at dinner. Plentiful continental breakfast with really good coffee, omelettes and scones …. And my friend says the pastries too!

Fall getaway and anniversary trip

Such a nice place and people! We fax our little dog with and were greeted by Rhonda with a bag of treats! Room was super clean! Had dinner and drinks at the attached restaurant which was fabulous!! Our little dog loved the beach!

An easy, quick getaway to see fall tree colors.

Our little 3 night get away to Manhattan Beach was just what we needed. The restaurant was open on Sunday, but was closed on Monday and Tuesday due to this being a slower time of year for them. We did have wonderful weather, the tree colors were just starting to turn which made a drive through Pillsbury State Park very enjoyable.

Our family was in Cross Lake for a funeral this weekend. Several family members stayed at Manhattan Beach. It was perfect for us. The food was great and the staff were all awesome! This is a traditional family resort, so not super fancy but clean and beds very comfortable. It was quiet this weekend, so we kinda had the place to ourselves. Such a great location that I'm sure it is jumping in the summertime. Would definitely stay again.

Nice motel and area

Very clean and comfortable hotel room. Great views of Big Trout Lake and is attached to a nice restaurant and bar with a patio. Just 25 minutes northeast of Brainerd / Baxter area in the Whitefish / Cross lake area.
