Very convenient location. Room was clean, beds are very comfortable. Lots of hot water for showering. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My Spanish is limited so I appreciated that one staff member spoke perfect English. I would defined stay again.

We were in Patzcuaro one night when returning to San Miguel de Allende from Zihuatenejo. On premise parking was great. Central location, basic but clean room. Friendly staff. If the option is available I would make sure to book a room with a queen bed rather than Matrimonial ( double)

Very nice room. We had a window in our room to a view but most rooms only have a window to the interior walkway so they are dark. I wish they had a better set up for computer work. There were cookies,coffee and tea right outside out room so you were able to have tea in the morning and at night. It would be nice to have real milk for the coffee. There were no glasses for water but they gave you bottled water every day.Great location.
