"No reception, restaurant closed, middle of nowhere next to a motorway. Automated entry to the building and your room. Very basic, no tea/coffee. Felt like jail (i assume)."

"The whole stay was lovely but in particular I want to thank the woman who checked us in. We arrived an hour earlier than planned and she was getting ready to leave. She stayed to check us in, and throughout our stay was friendly and helpful, asking if we wanted housekeeping or an early breakfast on the day we left. I wish I could name her but I hope she knows how much we appreciated her help."

"Being from the US we were unfamiliar with the area and the village. It is beautiful and amazing views! Having said that we had no idea that we would need to hike uphill for 1/4 Mile on cobblestone streets with our luggage. My husband is an amputee and it was not easy or convenient especially on wet slate. Then when we got to the building at the top of the hill, Mica is on the 2nd floor and the bedroom is up on the loft. I do feel that the description could have been more clear as to the accessibility to this unit! Also the shower does not a shower chair. Definite not recommended for ADA. Gustavo was very helpful to find out u it originally and other residents were lovely and very friendly. The village is adorable but only for active, able bodied individuals. The unit is well equipped and comfortable. Just being honest for people such as my husband."
