City Permit #STR19-0204. ***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home.
***Dogs are only allowed with an additional $25/night per dog fee. The pet fee is not included in the 'initial quote'. Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog(s) during your stay, so we can charge accordingly.***
***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control***There may be wildlife on site, including bugs, both inside and outside.***
***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival. Wonderful house, conveniently located

Wow, this house completely blew away our expectations! Clean and tidy, HUGE! The fireplaces were a nice touch for our February stay. This was our first time in Paso Robles and I'm certain we'll be back!

Roomy & comfortable

We visited for the West Coast Open dog agility event at the horse park and loved this large, dog friendly and very clean rental. We had all the amenities we needed and took full advantage of the hot tub in the evenings. Would absolutely book again!

Perfect, Quiet Friends Retreat

The location of the house is perfect! It is located in a quiet street that faces a river (dried) with walking/biking paths across the street. The house was big enough for the four of us and the pool and hot tub presented us with a wonderful opportunity to catch up and enjoy the evenings. The check in/out process couldn't have been easier. We would definitely rent this house again.

You can walk a gorgeous trail by the river right from the front of the house. The decor is a little dated, and the pool is small, but it's super functional for your stay. We love the recliner couch in the family room, and the master bath is gorgeous with a huge tub! Very comfortable, this was our third stay!!

Lovely family house

Our family had a wonderful stay at this house! The property is clean and well-maintained, the bedrooms and seating areas comfortable. There is a large dining room table along with a kitchen table perfect for a card game. Wi-fi/Internet worked fine for our bandwidth-hungry teens. Hot tub is bigger/deeper than it looks and fits four adults-sized people easily. Three gas fireplaces that can ward off a chill. On a quiet street but quick drive to shops and activities. We accessed the trail just across the street for running and walking.

Reviewer Comments: Not happy with the way VRBO includes a service fee that appears to be included in the total price but was actually a separate charge made to my credit card after the TOTAL was already charged to my card. Felt shady. Won't be using VRBO in the future.

He should have called and I would have answered right away. Having privacy is important to people and you guys should honor that. Great location, fabulous home

A beautiful two-story home not too far from downtown Paso. The home is clean with available products to make the stay easy. We did not cook but there appeared to be the standard essentials needed to prepare a meal (minus the food of course 😉). The hot tub (and pool) are nice especially after a long day of wining, other libations, and good eats. There is plenty of room to spread out in the home, with numerous sitting areas. There is a large master with king bed (very comfy) and large master bath with whirlpool tub and shower. The other three bedrooms have two twins (in one room) and two queens (I think) beds in the other two rooms. Laundry room is upstairs. Main bath upstairs with a half bathroom on the main floor near garage. The garage is quite spacious. We only stayed two nights but would love to stay again.

Everything needed for cooking is available in the kitchen. The pool and spa are sparkling clean and the spa heated up to a very comfortable temp in a short amount of time. Right across the quiet street is the Salinas river, which was actually flowing during our visit. The paved trail along the river is great for walking, biking and roller skating. A wonderful exploration with my grandkids. We had a wonderful time here and can’t wait to come back.

This place is very central and close to the center of town and the wineries. The walking trail right behind the house is a great plus for the joggers.

The home was amazing. The right balance of home and ameneties such as shampoo and conditioner and body soap in all bathrooms. An abundance of nice towels and bedding and even coffee and creamer in case we didn’t get to the store. We would come stay here again!

Great House, Great Location

This is a spectacular house, with multiple shared living spaces and ample bedrooms for everyone to have their own space. Very close to downtown for evenings out, quiet neighborhood and relaxing spa.

we just stayed a couple of nights for an impromptu paso trip. the house was very clean (and big!) we were only 2 people and 2 dogs, but would easily accommodate more. was a great space and perfect for what we were looking for... pool and dog friendly!

Great location and amenities!

This house was perfect for our group! The location was great, we even walked back to the house from downtown. There is tons of room for everyone and we loved having the jucuzzi to come home to! Would definitely stay here again.
