For added entertainment, head downstairs to find a pool table and a second large flat-screen TV, creating a cozy spot for relaxation and fun. With easy access to the plethora of wine-tasting rooms, such as Diablo Paso and Serial Wines, restaurants, from vegetarian to steak houses, and unique boutiques. Hilltop West serves as the ideal home base for your Paso Robles escapades. ***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival. On departure, we ask that you take out the trash and begin a load of towels in the laundry, if it exists onsite, and we require that you not leave any dirty dishes/pots & pans. Great house that exceeded our expectations. Comfortable and cozy, very clean, well stocked with essentials, and easy access to the square. Manager was quick to response to questions and inquiries. Although I’mnot always a fan of a second App outside of VRBO, the Hospitality App worked well.

Relaxing Hill Hideaway

Stayed here with a few girlfriends for a ladies weekend and it was such a comforting, safe place to stay. It was clean and well appointed. There are amazing views from the patio and nature just outside the door was beautiful. Downtown is close and very adorable. We enjoyed our stay and the community of Paso Robles. Will definitely be back!

Our stay at Hilltop surpassed our expectations. Before we even got there I texted a question about grocery store access and got a phone call with my answers and recommendations. Who does that anymore? I got another call a couple days before our stay to ensure I got the check in information and to ask if I had questions. The house was beautiful. All renovations and decorations were high level. The grounds were beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked for all our cooking needs. The location was perfect to great restaurants and our favorite wineries. We will definitely book this house again!

Fun Weekend in Paso with Friends!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hilltop West! The layout and size of the home was perfect for us - two couples. The home was well stocked and had upgraded finishes. Furnishings including the beds were comfortable. The location was a very quick drive to downtown and it was really peaceful sitting out on the deck in the morning/evening. Deer sightings galore! It was unseasonably hot during our stay and I believe the air was not working the first couple of days. We could not get the temp below 76 degrees. However, as soon as I reported a problem, the management company called and walked me through resetting the thermostat. I should have called earlier because we were cool and comfortable after that! We found everyone in Paso and the area to be friendly. (There are a few signs in the neighborhood about short term rentals, but no one was unwelcoming). We would return to Hilltop West - great location for exploring Paso!

Christmas in June

Wonderful and relaxing base for our long weekend. Cooked in one night in the large and perfect kitchen. We ended evenings with a few games of pool. The large and well furnished deck was a central gathering point.

Nice...

The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were great. The kitchen is great and the dining area large, and wonderful for family dining. The only thing a bit run down was the outdoor deck and umbrellas...the deck is sloping and pretty uneven, and the umbrella we used the most is pretty worn. But overall a lovely home in a nice neighborhood.

Great Place for a Girls Trip!

This is a lovely property in a quiet neighborhood in the hills behind Paso. The house has everything you could possibly need for a weekend wine tasting trip. The kitchen was well-stocked and the deck was our go-to evening hang-out spot. Note that the walk to town involves a steep hill...and walking back to the house involves an even steeper hill. The neighborhood does have a few "no vacation rentals" signs so be aware. We didn't have any issues with the neighbors, but there is a vibe. Finally, we had a snafu with the lock when we arrived, but the property management company was excellent in helping us get in.

Birthday adventure

We came out to celebrate my friend’s daughter’s 21st birthday and have a fabulous time. Over our three days we met so many friendly people, tried some amazing wines and ate delicious food! Wrapped around all of that was our welcoming home base, where we watched the neighborhood herd of deer, got to know the next door cat, and watched the fog come over the hills each morning. A truly memorable stay!

Also, the proximity to downtown Paso and wine country is perfect.I recommend this property highly.
