Enjoy the spectacular views from DOWNTOWN DERBY, a lovely westside Paso Robles home. Featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, this beautiful home has an open floor plan with a fully-stocked kitchen and plenty of outdoor space for dining and entertaining. Outdoor patio area with views galore. Also a private fenced backyard with a hot tub makes this home the perfect relaxing getaway. Washer/dryer, private covered parking, wifi, games & more!

Living Space:

This home features an open living space with beautiful views from the living room. The outdoor area has a patio with a large eating area, making it ideal for al-fresco dining. Relax and enjoy the views while taking in the countryside setting. Each bedroom has a queen-size bed. Fully-stocked kitchen with stainless appliances. Everything you need for a perfect getaway!

Pet Policy:

We are DOG-friendly with a $50/pet fee. Maximum pet allowance is 2. Failure to disclose pet and pay the fee will result in a $500 additional fine. Guests are required to clean up after their pets. Pets are not to be left unattended in property.

Outdoor Areas:

The outdoor space features a spacious patio with a gas grill and a large dining table, perfect for outdoor entertaining. A private backyard area features a hot tub and is surrounded by fruit trees and grape vines.

This home is easily accessible to Hwy 101 and only 5 minutes away from downtown Paso Robles.
