"When we went to check in which was at 4 o’clock, our room wasn’t ready till around 5:30. We were at this hotel for five nights the first three days we asked for more towels and did not get them. Had to use the same towel for three days. We we’re outside sitting by the pool and the landscapers were spraying weed killer and it was windy so all the chemicals were going all over the people we were on a refresh for them to come do our room, but they never came. Then they came and refreshed the rooms at 5 to 8. We were already in bed. They just don’t have the help there to accommodate you."

"The A/C unit rattled all night long. The faucet for the tub was broken; only the shower worked. No hair dryer in the room. No jacuzzi on site as advertised. "

"Initial check -in was great. Cleanliness of room and property in general unacceptable. Booked stay for six days and no housekeeping service provided during our stay . There were housekeeping staff on floor but would not clean our room ,unacceptable. Based on this experience will not book any hard rock casino hotels ."

"We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was amazing and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the restaurants and the casino. The smoke free atmosphere was a definite selling point for us too."
