"We really enjoyed our 4 nights at the Nook, it was peaceful, private and had a great view across to the Severn and the bridge. Many beautiful places to visit in the Wye Valley within a short distance. The owners have thought of all the bits and pieces that you might need particularly in the kitchen making it an easy home from home stay. Very comfy bed too."

"Wallhope Retreat could set the gold standard for holiday cottages! We booked for the wonderful view and the hot tub, but were wowed by the whole experience. The cottage is beautifully decorated, well equipped and comfortable - the bedding is like sleeping on a cloud! Wonderfully peaceful, with nothing but birdsong and the cows to listen to, the comfortable garden furniture is the perfect spot to sit and enjoy it. Tucked away beside the kitchen is a small courtyard which was the perfect spot for morning coffee too. We couldn’t have asked for more from a holiday cottage, it really sets the gold standard for how to do it - they’ve thought of everything and got it absolutely right."
