"Easy check in with pleasant staff. Room was clean, tidy and spacious. This is a pretty new building by the look of it! Room was nice and warm (especially nice as it was a very cold day). Bed was comfortable with clean and high quality linen. Bathroom super clean with plenty of hot, high pressure water in the shower.
Ate in the pub part for evening meal and breakfast next day. Food was excellent and decent value for money. Service was good and timely at all times, food was fresh and tasty.
Would definitely consider this place to stay again."
"Lovely hotel, quiet in the suite separate from the main hotel. Good facilities- large pool and I liked there was a swim lane and general lane. Staff friendly and helpful. Little dated in the rooms but plenty of space, comfortable bed/pillows and very dark. Would recommend."
" A beautiful property, lots of charm. A large room with lovely little details. A nice street in Chepstow too. Lots of amenities & extras, very helpful hosts. Nothing is too much trouble.
My only complaint is that I found the mattress was uncomfortable, I could feel the springs in places. "
