"Clean , friendly , love it "

"The horse racing was fun. The casino was busy and exciting. Ruth Crists Steakhouse was an exceptional dining experience. From start to finish the staff was amazing and the food was delicious. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel room was clean and spacious. The tv was huge and crystal clear and the walk in shower was big enough for both of us. The mattress was a little too firm for my liking and the pillows were too small but overall it was a Fantastic weekend away. It would also be a big plus if the hotel had its own little coffee area for guests so you could grab some coffee and head back to the room to relax before starting an exciting day and night at the casino. "

"I always enjoy my stays at Hampton Inns, staff are great, breakfast always a nice selection. My disappointment was my bed covers, I removed the white spread & on the white comforter was a large yellow stain & a small pea size brown stain that really should have been seen by the housekeeper. Also no bathmat was provided. I did tell the front desk of my concerns. "

"In March 2026 I booked a two-night stay, despite the rough reviews, because my son is really into tennis right now and this trip was his 16th birthday present. The website depicted beautiful and spacious indoor tennis courts and we planned to just play our hearts out. We also planned to enjoy the waterpark and indoor basketball courts. The room was as pictured which was nice. Unfortunately, the restaurants and cafe closed several hours earlier than indicated on the night we arrived and the front desk offered zero suggestions. The next morning we discovered that the indoor tennis courts no longer exist - a massive disappointment considering it was in the low 20's outside with wind gusts up t0 25 mph. The basketball court was blocked off for a gun show the resort was hosting that weekend. The waterpark never opened on Thursday, despite the posted hours, and when it did open on Saturday, we were afraid to go based on the filthy, leaking conditions of the tube slides which could be seen from the parking lot. I contacted Expedia to complain and the hotel was unwilling to offer any amount of refund. They did offer us a late checkout and complimentary breakfast, which was actually lovely, until a baby cockroach walked past our view on the wall beside our table. My son and I made the best of it and there were two employees who stood out, Pablo in management and Louis in the Bistro, but other than them this was a massive fail. The health department should get over there asap. "

"The bar was fun. The bartender was very nice. Th staff was great, room was clean and spacious. Great location! Breakfast was good but a bit pricy for orange juice lol. Overall, it was a good stay. "
