Banheiro precisa de atualização, com pisos em ardósia, área molhada sem revestimento, e tive problemas com a água quente (estavam com problema no fornecimento). "No checkin estavamos sendo atendidos por uma pessoa a qual foi interrompida por um outro funcionário chamado PAULO, o qual a designou para fazer outro atendimento no bar do hotel, nos deixando sem atendimento. Depois de 15 minutos a moça retornou para contínuar com nosso atendimento. Isso foi de uma extrema falta de respeito conosco."

"Wellness is a very nice place to stay, very comfortable, amazing pool and nice staff. The food is great, and there are many activities for children. The Jr suite room is big and comfy. The only room for improvement is the shower, difficult to set up the temperature, But this is very minor issue. "

"Initially,They did not have a room with double bed. I paid extra for it. The room they had for us had 3 single beds...😲the guy tried to blame Expedia for it. I kindly asked him to check of he had another room, and he placed us in the room we paid for...a girls got to fight even for something she paid extra for...shame!!!"
