It is an old building falling apart. This hotel unfortunately falls short of expectations, particularly when contrasted with the polished images presented online. While the front desk staff showed commendable hospitality, that was the extent of the positive experience. The condition of the rooms was disappointing, with issues such as uncleanliness, torn curtains, an odorous mattress, and dirty windows. Although the breakfast selection appeared adequate, the refusal to prepare fresh scrambled eggs and opting instead for microwaving the morning's leftovers was a letdown, exacerbated by the cook's unfriendliness. The hotel's swimming pool, despite boasting a stunning view, was marred by murky water that obscured the bottom and surrounded by low-quality plastic furniture. Additionally, the delayed opening of the pool further detracted from the experience. The early closure of the restaurant and bar was a significant inconvenience, limiting evening options. An incident involving a denied request for enjoying a bottle of wine by the pool due to an impending area closure, despite previous assurances of accessibility, was particularly frustrating. Ultimately, our stay was underwhelming, leading us to spend the majority of our time elsewhere, including dining at local restaurants in Cumbuco and visiting another beach club. A notable inconvenience was the difficulty in securing transportation from the hotel, as both Uber and other taxi services were unreliable in this location.

O quarto estava limpo, bem arrumado. Os funcionários foram bem atenciosos, foi o que fez eu permanecer (por uma noite). O banheiro do quarto que me instalei era bem abaixo do esperado. Descarga com limitação no uso da água, do jeito que nem poderia usar o vaso pra um "n°2“. O café da manhã de muito baixa qualidade. Se não fosse a hospitalidade dos funcionários que estavam trabalhando bem, seria nota 2... Espero que melhorem.

O ar condicionado não esfriava o bastante, a tv estava sem antena, tive que pedir ajuda, a cortina da janela não fechava totalmente e a claridade logo cedo tomou conta do quarto, o café da manhã péssimo. Chegamos pra tomar café da manhã às 9:40, não tinha praticamente nada, apesar de encerrar as 10:00, ou seja, se for por lá, pra não ficar sem cafe, tem que acordar cedo.

Sinceramente eu achei tudo muito mais ou menos, a estrutura é maravilhosa porém falta manutenção. A limpeza é toda feita muito superficialmente, fiquei com um pouco de receio com as crostas de lodo nas bordas e cerâmicas da piscina. Funcionários da manutenção fumando e tirando lixo 11h da manhã em pleno sábado ao redor dos hóspedes que estavam na piscina, eu que sou fumante fiquei incomodado, imagina quem não fuma. Achei o café da manhã fraco em relação a alguns hotéis no centro do cumbuco que são mais baratos. Gostei do quarto, ar condicionado bem frio, vista bonita, porém o banheiro é horrível, pias e chuveiro antigo, levei alguns choques e nem mexi na temperatura, foi somente na maçaneta de abrir e fechar o chuveiro. Enfim, achei o valor da estadia caro para o retorno. Reservei meu almoço 10h para descer e comer ao meio dia, e só ficou pronto 30min depois (então pra que reservar horário se não fica pronto no horário que você reservou?) vi outras pessoas reclamando disso. Vi que tem a opção de pagar uma taxa entre R$50/R$60 depende do dia para ficar apenas uma tarde e esse valor volta como consumação (muito melhor).

Decepção.

Passamos o fim de semana do nosso aniversário, de 3 a 7 de setembro de 2025, no Hotel La Suíte, um local que visitamos várias vezes no passado. Decidimos retornar após ver uma postagem positiva no Instagram, mas, infelizmente, a experiência foi extremamente decepcionante. ​O hotel, que aparenta estar sem gerência ou com gestão ausente, demonstrou uma total falta de manutenção. Os quartos são feios e desconfortáveis, com cama dura e frigobar com a tampa do congelador quebrada. O banheiro tinha um cheiro desagradável, o vaso sanitário entupia constantemente e levei um choque no chuveiro elétrico. ​Além disso, presenciamos uma série de desrespeitos às regras do local. Pessoas fumavam e levavam cachorros para a área da piscina, e outras entravam na água de short jeans, apesar da sinalização de proibição. A piscina estava com lodo na borda e o piso de madeira ao redor necessita de manutenção urgente. ​A qualidade do serviço e da comida também deixou a desejar. Os funcionários da cozinha eram mal-educados, o café da manhã não tinha reposição de itens e ficamos sem talheres. As funcionárias da área pareciam mais interessadas em conversar entre si. A única exceção foi o garçom Samuel, que nos atendeu de forma excelente. ​Embora os preços sejam altos – a cerveja custava em média R$18 – nossa maior frustração foi a falta de qualidade e o péssimo atendimento. As porções das refeições eram pequenas e caras. ​Definitivamente, não retornaremos ao Hotel La Suíte. Esta experiência foi ruim.

A estadia foi muito bacana, mas tenho pontos de melhoria a ser feito. O café da manha poderia ser makis diversificado, lençóis maiores, pois fui na recepção pegar outro e veio um minúsculo, o acesso a praia poderia ser revitalizado, pois tinhamos uma idosa conosco e nao conseguiu descer ate a praia, as tabuas do chao da piscina com borda infinita estavam soltas, quase ocasionando um acidente.

A janela do quarto não podia abrir, pois dava de frente pra um muro, ou seja, ficamos impossibilitados de ver a luz do dia no quarto, sem vista, mesmo estando a poucos metros do mar. O café da manhã tinha poucas opções e as mesmas opções dos dias anteriores. A limpeza da cozinha não era a das melhores. A localização é espetacular, mas o hotel é mal administrado.
