Our room was spotless, fresh, and very comfortable — you can truly feel the care and attention in every detail. The breakfast was excellent, and the wine tasting experience was simply amazing. The dinner was absolutely delicious — truly beyond our expectations. Sitting by the fireplace, surrounded by such a cozy and elegant atmosphere, made the evening feel magical. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented, and everything we tasted was outstanding. What made our stay truly exceptional was the owner. He personally took the time to introduce us to the wines and explain the winemaking process in such an engaging and knowledgeable way. Spending the evening in the vineyard with my three beautiful children . Celebrating my 52 years birthday . That is so amazing . our family, enjoying such delicious wine, incredible food, and a beautiful atmosphere, is a memory we will always cherish. "We had a comfortable room with a patio overlooking the Douro River. Staff very friendly. The only negative from our point of view was the window from the shower into the room. The botton 2/3 rds are translucent and upper 1/3 clear. If a light is turned on in bathroom bedroom is lit up as well . Also the obvious privacy issues. Other than the the room , hotel , staff, bar and restaurant are great."
