"I stay at this Holiday Inn every time I come to the Lions training camp, and it’s always such a positive experience! If you are ever in town for training camp, or want to attend a game but don’t want to stay downtown, this is your place! The front desk staff is consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout every stay (shout out to Matt!) and I really appreciated how quickly they responded whenever I needed anything. I especially want to recognize the maintenance team, who were absolutely outstanding. When the desk chair in my room broke, they replaced it within minutes, with no hassle at all. Anthony, the maintenance leader, deserves a very special mention. He went above and beyond during my stay by helping me get my scooter into my car every day when I needed help. He never made it feel like an inconvenience, he was always patient, kind, warm, and genuinely happy to help. That kind of kindness makes a huge difference when you're traveling, and it certainly did for me. Great customer service can turn a hotel stay into a memorable experience, and the staff here absolutely did that. I’m very grateful for how well I am always treated and always stay here when in town. Thank you to the entire team, and especially Anthony, for making my stay so comfortable and welcoming!"

"We had a lovely suite with an unbeatable view. The bed was comfortable and the room wildly spacious. The hotel is literally connected to Greek Town, which was really convenient. There were some minor maintenance issues like a broken toilet paper holder and other little things but nothing so severe that we contacted the desk over. There was debris on the carpet outside our door for both nights. The room could have used a wine opener, though the desk let us use theirs. Overall, the room was amazing and we would 100% stay again."
