Quiet, private, bungalow w fenced yard.

Located only a 5 min drive to the beach or 15 min walk, grocery, liquor, restaurants within walking distance. Private, fenced safe yard with garden. Home is cleaned by one of the owners who cares tremendously about your time away being the best! 55 inch Smart TV in living room w full cable and sports channels, master bedroom 55 inch streaming smart tv and other bedrooms is a 32 inch steaming smart TVs. Netflix is already set up.
Ceiling fans in every bedroom. Master has a King bed, second bedroom has a Queen w double. Plus in living room is a new sofa bed with Queen. Business licence 00004645

Please don't leave any garbage outside where wildlife could access. Ensure garbage and recycle bins are closing and not overstuffed
Please don't leave any food outside in patio area, pick up food that may fall. If using BBQ, pls clean grill.
No Smoking anywhere on the property. Go across the street if you need to smoke thank you. Ashtray is to the left of BBQ by patio.
