"This is a beautiful, well furnished property. The house was very clean and well-equipped. Beds were comfortable and there was something for everyone-from toddlers to teens. We enjoyed the water equipment and on rainy days the younger children spent time in the loft play area. The screened porch was a perfect dinner spot and the 2 deck areas had lots of comfortable seating. Communication was prompt and easy. Highly recommend."

"This is our second year staying at this home. It was perfect for our needs. Very clean and well stocked. We are all coffee drinkers and the coffee pot quit working….Scott delivered a new one to us in just a few hours! I would highly recommend!"

"A very lovely property. We all very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone. It worked very well for 8 adults. If i were to suggest anything, it would be to say that a new master bedroom bed is a suggestion. There is quite a hump in the middle. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The kitchen and pantry were amazing they made cooking here a joy. The owners truly thought of everything for this home — they didn’t miss a single detail.During our trip, we enjoyed a family outing to the Mississippi Headwaters and Bemidji, and it was so nice to come back each day to such a comfortable, welcoming space. The house is very kid-friendly, with plenty of toys, an outdoor swingset, and even a raked sand beach for hours of fun. The lake is a bit weedy with lily pads, but that didn’t stop us from paddle boarding and floating. The kids even did some off-the-dock fishing — nothing big enough to keep, but still lots of fun!We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would love to come back!"

"Check-in was very easy. Host was quick with responding, and friendly. Kitchen was great! Everything you could need fully stocked, very nice grill and stove. Microwave, coffee maker and full fridge and freezer. We didn’t eat out at all because of how great the kitchen was. We had the best time here and would definitely come back!"

"Rooms are great, outside is a bit run down. Parking is very tight.. But love the convenience of checking in and it is close to Itasca state park and other cute towns. I would stay here again."
